Formal telephone call
-          Hello. May I speak with Mr. Jackson, please?
-          Speaking.
-          Hello Mr. Jackson. I’m calling from the bank. Is it convenient to talk now?
-          Yes, of course.
-          We’ve noticed that your bank account is in good order and we’d like to invite you in for a meeting with the bank manager.
-          Certainly. When?
-          Splendid. Shall we say on Saturday at eleven o’clock?
-          Perfect. I’ll see you then.
