Gill: Is there anything you don't normally eat during the winter?
Carol: I don't usually eat salad during. I only eat that during the summer.
Gill: So what do you normally eat?
Carol: During the winter I like to eat hot food so I usually have casseroles and stews.
Gill: Do you make them yourself
Carol: Yes. I like to go shopping at the market for fresh ingredients. Then I go home and listen to music while preparing them.
Gill: Is it usually busy at the market?
Carol: Yes. I usually go on a Saturday morning. It's busy but that's when you normally get the best quality products.
