An emergency
- Can I use your phone, please? It's an emergency?
- Of course. Come in. What's happened?
- There's been a car crash. Look.
- Is everyone ok?
- I don't know. Everyone's out of their cars but I think they need to be checked over by a paramedic.
- Here's the phone.
- Hello. I'd like an ambulance, please. There's been a car crash and there are three people who might be injured. We're on Sullivan Street. Ok, thank you.
- How long will they be?
- They said it's an emergency so they should be here in fifteen minutes.
