- Tom: Medium rare, please.
- Waiter: Chips or jacket potato?
- Tom: Chips, please.
- Waiter: And for you, madam?
- Cheryl: Can I have the fish and chips, please?
- Waiter: Of course. Would you like some water?
- Cheryl: Yes, sparkling, please.
- Waiter: And any bread rolls?
- Cheryl: No thank you. Can we have some olives, please?
