Making a complaint

- Good afternoon, Teds' Taxi's, how can I help?
- I'd like to make a complaint, please.
- Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. What's the problem?
- I ordered a taxi this afternoon to take me to town, and my driver was late. Then when he did turn up, he was rude.
- What's your name and address, please?
- Lynn Foster. I live at twenty-three Forest Lane.
- What time did you book the taxi for?
- Half-past two.
- Ah, yes. I can see the booking. It looks like the taxi arrived late because of heavy traffic.
- Well, that doesn't excuse the driver's rudeness.
- No. How as he rude?
- He was very abrupt when speaking to me and made me get out and walk the last part of my journey.
- I'm sorry about that. Would you like a full refund?
- Yes, please.
- Ok. I'll arrange to have that payment paid back on to your card.
- Thank you.
