John: Do you think you could run a big company?
Mary: It depends on how big it is, I suppose. I think I could run a company that is quite big but I might not have the time or energy to run a massive, international one. I think I would be too tired.
John: You would not have to do everything yourself though, you could hire as many people as you like to help you do all the work so you might only have to make the really important decisions whilst the day to day stuff is done by other people.
Mary: I suppose if I could do that I might not get too tired. Maybe. Do you think you could run a big international company?
John: Definitely, and I think I could run it better than lots of the people that do at the moment.
