Do you live near Buckingham Palace?

- Yes. I have a flat there.
- Is it near Buckingham Palace?
- It's near Victoria station, but you can walk to Buckingham Palace from there in around fifteen minutes. I sometimes walk there on a Sunday afternoon.
- It's not too far then.
- No.
- Is it in an old house?
- No. Some of the flats nearby are in houses from the Victorian era but mine is in a modern block.
- Does it have parking?
- No. I find London too busy for driving so I cycle or use the underground. They're both much quicker.
